Help!. I was surfing forums on the web when out of no where Kaspersky picked up some kind of Trojan intrusion. Almost immediately after catching the intrusion Windows 7 reported that my firewalls have turned off and asked if I wanted to turn the back on. Being quick on my feet I immediately unhooked my pc from the internet. The windows prompt of weather or not I would like to turn my Firewalls back on froze and become completely unresponsive.
Eventually I decided to hard reboot my system and try to Scan my system with Kaspersky Anti-Virus with the internet connection still off. Everything seemed to be running fine until it got to 55%. Windows then again prompted me that Kaspersky has shut off followed by a dialog box as to weather I wanted turn it back on and froze that box again. Note that everything other then kaspersky and windows explorer is responsive only those two things freeze. I need help resolving this issue. Any Ideas? Hopefully it is not a virus or if it is its easily removable since I have very important work files stored on my machine. |
