I have the same problem, kaspersky is having problems with their update server?

verfify if your network settings uses proxy

I dont have proxy, update was working until today, I dont know why, I've tried this http://support.kaspersky.com/ak6mp1/error?qid=208279782, but nothing.

Try to unchek Not use proxy under kav admin kit Update Settings

Or,check from local server if you could ping www.kaspersky-labs.com,review ur firewall config.
from firewall add to trusted site "http://195.222.17.41"
