We'e just moved to a domain based environment, we decided to opt for Kaspersky Workspace, which we now have on around 20 PCs and will have on about 50-60... however, I have some questions...

Firstly, I was sent an email attachment with a reg key, I added this and 55 users were added, I then purchased 3 additional licences, when I added this it wiped out the 55 and presented us with 3! - So I scrapped this quickly. So, how do I add the additional licences to the existing 55?

Secondly, PCs are set to scan ever morning at 4am, using WOL (done so that we can push out a load of Windows updates!)... this is working fine, however, already it's found viruses and I don't know how I should deal with these:

Event Detection of viruses, worms, Trojans, hack tools happened on computer XXXX in the domain AAAAAA at Mon Jun 29 04:25:38 2009 File C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\xTSAC.ocx: detected Trojan program 'Trojan.Win32.GoPackages.a'.

So, advice on how to deal with these threats and how to add additional licences would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Check with your dealer or request Kaspersky support site to merge your licenses to one.

Thanks for that, my deal has given me a number for KAV technical guys. I'll wait till I have time to get the admin consol in front of me and I'll give them a call.

Technical support will probably not be able to help you. Contact the dealer / distributor / or the sales team of you local Kaspersky Office.
