kasper 6.0 problem, problem Options

Hi all

i have a problem with a customer that told me when hi install the kaspesky 6.0 workstation using admin kit he faces a problem in losing the sound driver and network driver on that workstation. does this error from kasper i really dont think so
but he told me that if he uninstall kaspersky every thing goes ok.

please i need some help.

Please tell exact version of KAV and OS, and also ask the custimer to make report of this utility: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=193238548

i tried it on my laptop
and it takes till now 40 mins

and if we add them to trusted zone does that let them works good .

Well, at the moment, we still do not know, what drivers does this problems have nor what kind of other programs are installed. So how can we tell you, if adding those drivers will help? Just try to add them to the trusted zone.
