everything still good until i install kapersky anti virus 6.0.3.837 progrom

it keep on pop up a window sed

"avp.exe - Application Error"
The instruction at 0x00000001 referenced memory at 0x00000001. The memory could not be "read"

click ok to terminate program
click cancel to debug the problem


and Previous application launch failed.

for more details please find out the attachment file

any idea how to fix this? i totally cant run karpersky,it keep on pop up

this is not good practices

I have almost 1000 computers with KAV 6.0.3.837 and 25 servers with KAV, and we have problems!!!!

Please give me the solution regarding this issue

Hello.

Please provide sysinfo from 2/3 computers which are affected of this bug:

Win NT, 2000, XP: ftp://ftp.kaspersky.com/utils/getsystemin...tSystemInfo.exe
Win Vista, 2008, 7 (run as administrator): http://telecharger.kaspersky.fr/GSI/GetSystemInfo.exe

Furthermore please provide installation logfiles of wks installation.

Please try also reinstallation of one affected system as already suggested by Vitaly.
