Just delete away all files that generated in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab and leave AVP6 in there.
Then try to update manually again. Good Luck |

Is this the first time? If so, it can happen occasionally... If you are seeing this after every boot, create a GetSystemInfo log and send it to support.... http://www.getsysteminfo.com/

Have you tried to reinstall the product again?
Please provide installation-logfiles as described here. Furthermore you can disable errormessage if av protection is running: Change string MinShowDumpVer to value 0xffffffff (hex) in windows registry: 32bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\AVP6\settings 64bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP6\settings |
