Just delete away all files that generated in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab and leave AVP6 in there.
Then try to update manually again.
Good Luck

Is this the first time? If so, it can happen occasionally...

If you are seeing this after every boot, create a GetSystemInfo log and send it to support....

Have you tried to reinstall the product again?

Please provide installation-logfiles as described here.

Furthermore you can disable errormessage if av protection is running:

Change string MinShowDumpVer to value 0xffffffff (hex) in windows registry:
32bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\AVP6\settings
64bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP6\settings
