I am receiving repeated warnings that my system has the Heur: Trojan.win32.generic virus and its not being cleaned.

i tried part of the process previoulsy posted on the forums but then i got worried the cleaning process might be more specific then i believe.

how do i remove this from the various folders it seems to be showing up in.

can you attach the zipped folder created to your post please? we cant work from the pasted information, only the files in the zipped folder.
