Hello.

Just copy uninstallation scripts (.ini) into %PROGRAMFILES%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Administration Kit\Nagent\Data\Cleaner and restart administration kit console. Create an uninstallation task in groups and scroll down to product you're currently using.

If you need additional scripts contact your local support as already suggested by Vitaly.

Thanks, i'll try it - the one i wrote ran with a successful completion report; however the SAV Endpoint remained installed.
I will let you know if this .ini works better.

thank you for your reply i have tried post #23 it only works if there is no uninstall password do you have the .ini file that will remove sep 11.4202.75 even if an uninstall password is enforced

Administration Kit uninstall routine is intended to uninstall 3rd party software and not to crack the defense. Aren't you able to delete the uninstall password protection via admin panel and stuff?

find the desired file attached. Also works with uninstall password active.
Unfortunately we cannot give any more infos about the [data] section nor the encryption, sorry.
