Hey everyone,

I am experiencing an issue updated KIS 2009. I have it set to update every hour but the last database was 7 days old. When I look at the 'last start', it says Incorrect user name or password'. What does this mean and how can I correct this?

In an attempt to fix, I manually updated the software by downloading it from the website. It seems to have reset my definitions database to Nov 2008. Please help.
