It happened as soon as I installed the software. Not sure how to run in private mode. What does that mean? Error: C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Local\Temp\file1.mp4.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

I am having a similar issue with downloading from any site. I am using IE and FireFox. The Application Version is Internet Security 21.1.15.500 (a). Running on Windows 7 64-bit OS.
