  1. Thanks for the tip. I just sent Technical Support a message with that additional information. My real location is Mexico.
  2. Hello. I am having the same problem. I just sent a request to Technical Support, but if anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know.
  3. Hello Schulte, You were right. I found the SafeBrowser subdirectory and deleted it. I then re-enabled self-protection and tested Safe Money again but unfortunately with the same result. I also tried opening the bank’s web page in the Internet Explorer browser without the Safe Money mode and the result is the same. So it appears that the problem is between the bank’s web page and my Internet Explorer browser. The message on the web site statesWe have detected your browser is out of date. For more information, please see our Supported Browsers page. Then when I go to the Supported Browsers page, it states that Internet ExplorerTM Version 11.x and above is one of the supported browsers, and that is what I have, so it doesn’t make sense. The bank web sites continue to work with my Microsoft Edge browser. Is there any way to configure Safe Money to work with Microsoft Edge? Thanks again for your assistance.
  4. Hello Schulte, Thank you for this guidance. I have navigated to the directory 'C:\ProgramData(x86)\Kaspersky Lab and have clicked on show hidden items. The two subdirectories that are showing are Kaspersky Secure Connection 4.0 and Kaspersky Total Security 20.0. I do not see a subdirectory of SafeBrowser. Is there somewhere else I should look to find this subdirectory? I appreciate your assistance.
  5. The Safe Money mode is no longer working. When my bank web pages open in Safe Money, I get a message saying that the browser is not updated. However, I think it is updated. Safe Money is opening in Internet Explorer version 11.719.18362.0 Any suggestions?
